This California Consumer Privacy Notice (“Notice”), provided by Consolidation Group (“Consolidation Group,” “the Company,” “we,” or “our”), supplements and forms part of the information contained in Consolidation Group’ Online Privacy Policy and applies solely to those consumers (“you” or “your”) defined in Section 1798.140(g) of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). This Notice is adopted in compliance with the CCPA, and any terms defined therein shall have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

Consolidation Group collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device (“personal information”). As a consumer, you have certain rights over your personal information, as defined in the CCPA.
This Notice provides you with information about how Consolidation Group collects, uses, and shares personal information. It also describes the rights you have regarding the personal information we collect from you and how you can exercise those rights.
CCPA Exemption and Data Protection
Consolidation Group operates under privacy regulations established in the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Under Section 1798.145(e) of the CCPA, personal information collected by an institution subject to the GLBA may be exempt from the CCPA’s definition of personal information and therefore fall outside its scope.
Despite these exemptions, Consolidation Group remains committed to protecting your privacy and the responsible use of your personal information.
